Moon

‘Moon’ is an atmospheric illustration set in a nocturnal, fairy-tale landscape. A solitary figure sits beneath a fantastically twisted tree on the edge of a rocky cliff, facing the illuminated disc of the moon. Black foreground silhouettes stand out against the sky, creating a clear, striking composition.

The work is defined by the contrast between light and shadow, and between the human figure and the surrounding space. Cool blues and deep navy tones emphasize the nocturnal atmosphere, while moonlight and soft tonal transitions add depth. The irregular, almost ornamental branches introduce a fantastical element, breaking the landscape's stillness and lending it a touch of unease.

The illustration can be read as a story of solitude, quiet reflection and suspension between reality and dreams. Rather than presenting a fixed narrative, it leaves room for personal interpretation: a moment of rest, contemplation or anticipation of something yet to happen.
